Jordan Stubbs

CEO

Jordan Stubbs brings over a decade of experience in foreign exchange, specialising in cross-border payments and currency risk management for high-value clients. His career began at Cambridge Mercantile, followed by boutique firm Aston in Mayfair, where he advised private clients and fast-growing businesses.

He later joined American Express, playing a key role in growing its London FX division and supporting UHNWIs, family offices, and global corporates for over half a decade.

Jordan is recognised for his relationship-led approach, deep knowledge of hedging strategies, and commitment to delivering service typically reserved for private banking.

 His Scottish heritage rooted in the MacNeil clan of the Isle of Barra, shapes his values and love of the outdoors, often found in Loch Lomond enjoying rugby, shooting, and open water swimming.

David Burnside brings to Barrington Exchange a wealth of experience at the highest levels of business, public affairs and strategic communication. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has advised leaders across industry, government and commerce - establishing himself as one of the United Kingdom’s foremost authorities in reputation management and strategic campaigns.

Serving as a Member of Parliament from 2001 to 2005, David combined public service with an earlier career in the corporate sphere, including his tenure as Director of Public Affairs for British Airways during its landmark privatisation. His leadership extended to the Institute of Directors, where he played a key role in strengthening its influence as the nation’s leading voice for business.

For many years, David has been a trusted mentor to Barrington Exchange's Founder Jordan Stubbs, offering counsel, insight and strategic perspective throughout Jordan’s career. Today, his guidance continues to help shape Barrington Exchange’s vision, direction and enduring commitment to excellence.
